Originally posted on the Facebook page One Wheel Owners Group: 💪🏼👏🏼👏🏼I wanted to thank Nick Vitale CEO of Craft&Ride in this group. I had ordered something from Craft&Ride for my 17-year-olds birthday. I had ordered it several weeks in advance and the website had mentioned that the part would be available during that month before his birthday. As his birthday got closer I noticed that the delivery date was extended and that it wouldn’t be available by his birthday. I asked for a refund so the money could go toward a gift he could open on his birthday (single mom here🤷🏻♀️). Nick not only refunded me quickly without issue, but asked if he could send a T-shirt to my son for his birthday free of charge. That was unbelievably kind. Then today I received a package in the mail and it happened to be the part I ordered originally for my sons pint. I had already received my refund for that part weeks earlier. There was a note from Nick. I immediately emailed him and told him there must’ve been a mistake and asked how I could ship it back. He assured me that they sent me the part on purpose and there was no mistake. I am baffled. STELLAR service and thoughtfulness. My son was blown away! That kindness deserves to be shared. Thanks💕❤️💕
It took me a few days to write this review. Originally I was planning to write it after I got of the phone with the fine folks at C&R but I took some time to think about what I wanted to say because I didn't want to sound too cliche. Regardless of whether of not it sounds cheesy, It simply must be said: the service I received from Craft&Ride was outstanding, I called in to ask for some tips/advice about my newly purchased Hoosier treaded tire and by the end of the conversation I was being offered a complimentary wheel (a replacement Vega-stock tire, since it turns out I like it more than the Hoosier) I called for advice and ended up with a extra free wheel. Thank you so much Nick! Appreciate you guys for being AWESOME.
I own a set of these already for my Pint and decided I had to get them for my XR also. It's much more fun to ride while protecting from nose dives and impact to your OneWheel's internals.
The solo floats are awesome and saved me on a nosedive.
I did get hit by a car busted for ribs and had to have a car lifted off the one well Bender still works just all beat out
