Any Craft&Ride products that are altered or modified are done so at your own risk. We are adamant that full safety equipment should be used when riding your Onewheel. This includes at least a helmet, wrist guards, elbow, and knee pads. You are riding at your own risk when using Craft&Ride products with your Onewheel.

I’d had the tire for over a year. There was tread life on the tire but was lumpy along edges.
C&R sent me a replacement tire with no questions asked. I was able to text a Human(Nick Owner) on a direct line. Thank you for that C&R. If that wasn’t cool enough I won a fender pack and it came same day as replacement tire. 🫡👍

I made a bonehead mistake and ordered the wrong axel bolts for My Gt when I bought my new tire and everything to change it correctly. C&R took the time to remedy MY mistake on a Saturday and ensured my correct bolts were shipped along with the rest of my order. These things look amazing! It wasn't hard at all to design my own using the customizer on C&R's website, the worst thing was the wait! Everyone should design their own rail guards!

When I hadn’t gotten a delivery date a few days before her party I contacted them concerned it wouldn’t arrive in time.

I have been absolutely blown away by the customer service provided by Nick (co founder & CEO) Whether it is questions, exchanges, refunds, or literally taking 2 phone calls early on a Saturday morning to answer some questions on a tire replacement he has gone above and beyond. As someone who runs an organization, this is the exact kind of customer service I would hope that each of my employees emulates.
