All Craft&Ride® products are Crafted To Last™ and backed by the Craft&Ride® Lifetime Warranty. Your experience with each of our products is of the utmost importance. We guarantee that every Craft&Ride product will perform as designed for the life of the product. If not, we will repair or replace your product completely free of charge, no questions asked. Every product on www.craftandride.com is backed by the Craft&Ride Lifetime Warranty.

If at any time you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your Craft&Ride product, we will correct the problem or replace it. Simply email info@craftandride.com with your Craft&Ride order number for the product to initiate your claim and we will be ready to help you.

All Craft&Ride products have a minimum lifetime of five years. Loss, cosmetic wear and tear, or damage resulting from unconventional use is not covered by the Craft&Ride Lifetime Warranty. If you have any questions about the Craft&Ride Lifetime Warranty or are experiencing a problem with a Craft&Ride product outside of the lifetime of the product or the terms of the Craft&Ride Lifetime Warranty, please email info@craftandride.com.
