Craft&Ride is proud to introduce the Craft&Ride Handle Trade-In Program to give riders the opportunity to upgrade to a Craft&Ride handle and receive $25 in store credit by trading in their used (and even broken!) non-Craft&Ride handle (stock handle is eligible for trade-in). The trade-in process is swift and easy.

Step 1. Purchase any Craft&Ride handle from www.craftandride.com and use the code "TRADE" in the discount code box at checkout.

Step 2. Receive your order with your new Craft&Ride handle and free prepaid return shipping label. Ship your non-Craft&Ride handle back to us within 30 days of receipt by placing your handle in the same box, attaching the provided free prepaid return shipping label to the box, and dropping off your package at your local post office.

Step 3. Craft&Ride receives your returned package with your non-Craft&Ride handle and emails you a $25 Craft&Ride store credit code to be used towards the purchase of any accessories at www.craftandride.com.

Terms and Conditions:

Return within 30 days: In order to receive $25 Craft&Ride store credit, your non-Craft&Ride handle must be returned to Craft&Ride with the provided free prepaid return shipping label within 30 days from the date of delivery of your new order. The $25 Craft&Ride store credit will not expire.

Only non-Craft&Ride handles: Only non-Craft&Ride branded handles are allowed to be traded-in for $25 Craft&Ride store credit. Craft&Ride handles cannot be traded-in for $25 Craft&Ride store credit.

Used or broken: Any non-Craft&Ride branded handle can be traded-in even if it has been used or broken. Handle hardware is not required to be returned.

Within the United States: The Craft&Ride Trade-In Program is only available to riders within the United States. We are only able to provide free prepaid return labels to riders within the United States, but if you’d like to trade-in your handle from outside the United States and pay for the shipping costs, we’ll increase the store credit to $35 USD.

Can I trade-in my stock handle? Yes, you can trade-in any non-Craft&Ride handle including the stock handle.

Which handles cannot be traded-in? The SilverHandle cannot be traded in. All other handles including the stock handle can be traded-in.

Can I trade-in a handle, foot pad, and fender at the same time? Yes, if you purchase a new Craft&Ride handle, a new Craft&Ride foot pad, and a new Craft&Ride fender in the same order, and use the code "TRADE" at checkout, you will qualify for all trade-in programs and receive a free prepaid label to ship all non-Craft&Ride products back to us for $125 in store credit.

Can I trade-in from a country outside of the United States? We are only able to provide free prepaid return labels to riders within the United States, but if you’d like to trade-in your handle from outside the United States and pay for the shipping costs, we’ll increase the store credit to $35 USD.

Does my $25 store credit expire? No, the $25 store credit will not expire.

Can I trade-in two non-Craft&Ride handles for $50 in store credit? If you buy two new Craft&Ride handles, you can trade-in two non-Craft&Ride handles for $50 in store credit. Only one non-Craft&Ride handle can be traded-in for every one new Craft&Ride handle that is purchased.

What you will you be doing with the traded-in handles? We will be recycling the traded-in handles.

The $50 store credit from the bolt-on fender trade-in can be used to purchase a magnetic fender or any of the fenders from our collection.
