These things look amazing! It wasn't hard at all to design my own using the customizer on C&R's website, the worst thing was the wait! Everyone should design their own rail guards!
Ordered some rail covers and foot pads for my daughters 12th birthday
When I hadn’t gotten a delivery date a few days before her party I contacted them concerned it wouldn’t arrive in time.
Within an hour I got a shipment verification that it would arrive before the party.
Arrived on time, with a personal birthday note to my daughter and a c&r t shirt…
Made her birthday!!!

I have been absolutely blown away by the customer service provided by Nick (co founder & CEO) Whether it is questions, exchanges, refunds, or literally taking 2 phone calls early on a Saturday morning to answer some questions on a tire replacement he has gone above and beyond. As someone who runs an organization, this is the exact kind of customer service I would hope that each of my employees emulates. I will definitely be using Craft&Ride for any and all Onewheel needs moving forward.

This board was professionally badgered, please do not try this without going through all precautions to avoid water damage, riding in these conditions can, and will ruin your board, if proper precautions are not taken before, and after riding.😉
Management are hands on. I ask for free international delivery because somehow i got confused with national… next thing I know a 48 hr window opens up for free international! US customer service at its best that’s who these guys are! No need for marketing when customer service is this good!
I have dealt with a lot of companies over the years but Nick, (co-founder and CEO) went above and beyond what could have been expected from any customer, in order to get my order right. Their products are top notch, and even so I am in Canada I will keep ordering from Craft&Ride , because I can trust their service and products. Keep up the great work guys. It is hard these days, to find a company that gets your order to you fast and in a professional way!
