Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All products can be returned if they have not been installed or worn within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping cost of the order will not be refunded, only the cost of the returned item(s). The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please email info@craftandride.com to begin the return process.

What is your exchange policy?

All products can be exchanged if they have not been installed or worn within 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of the exchange shipping to Craft&Ride. Craft&Ride is responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange back to the customer. Please email info@craftandride.com to begin the exchange process.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide to almost every country outside of the United States. We are able to ship to your country if you are able to checkout with your shipping address.

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or USPS Priority International Mail. We can also ship via other services like UPS if requested via email at info@craftandride.com.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 1 business day from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Where are Craft&Ride products shipped from?

All of our products are shipped out of our Southern California facility.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All domestic orders will arrive within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment. Please email info@craftandride.com to request a transit time estimate for an international order.

Which carrier do you use for shipping?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or USPS Priority International Mail. We can also ship via other services like UPS if requested via email at info@craftandride.com.

Will you provide a tracking number with my order?

Yes, a USPS tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All products come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated.

Disclaimer

Any Craft&Ride products that are altered or modified are done so at your own risk.

We are adamant that full safety equipment should be used when riding your Onewheel. This includes a helmet, wrist guards, elbow and knee pads. You are riding at your own risk when using Craft&Ride products with your Onewheel.

I ordered Rail Guards and a Float Plate for my Onewheel Pint. Both were delivered succinctly and arrived with clear installation instructions! After using them for over 3 months, they are still are in excellent condition, which shows their quality.
